3. Payment Timing & Invoicing
- Advance Payment: Full payment or the required deposit must be completed at the time of booking.
- On-Arrival Payment: Any outstanding balance is to be settled upon check-in.
- Invoices: A detailed invoice will be issued for all transactions and sent to your registered email address.
4. Payment Disputes
- Discrepancies: In case of any discrepancies in your billing, please contact our Payment Support team within 7 days of receiving your invoice.
- Refunds: Refunds, where applicable under our Cancellation/Refund Policy, will be processed using the original method of payment.

- Taxes and Fees: All displayed prices are subject to applicable taxes, service charges, and fees, which will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
