At Ripples Resort, all bookings are non-refundable. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.
1. No Refund Policy
- All payments made for bookings, including room reservations, event bookings, and special packages, are 100% non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
2. Booking Modifications
- Date changes may be allowed based on availability and at the sole discretion of Ripples Resort.
- Any modification request must be made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date and may incur additional charges.
3. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
- In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, we may offer a rescheduling option, but no refunds will be provided.
